Barguast
Most people know you can fly the tank, I know. But I only found out today that the height restrictions imposed on the seaplane and helicopters don't apply to the tank. You can land on some of the really high buildings, fly through the (rather small) blimp, fly up to the planes (and the flashing light that fly through the sky). Also, if you have the cops after you, you can sometimes see police cars riding around the invisible stadium high above the real one! What else?... Oh, you can also go so high that the loading screen doesn't appear when you go over to the island. And finally... You matter how high you go you'll never die on impact if you have full health (on GTA3 you'd die falling off the Love Media building)
niekkari
Good stuff you wrote down here. Keep up the good work. Have you landed on the highest building in VC with flying the tank?

Lawley
The worst thing is police helicopters can go as high as they want.

Barguast
Good stuff you wrote down here. Keep up the good work. Have you landed on the highest building in VC with flying the tank? The building with the huge blue glow at the top is by far the tallest, but it doesn't have a roof on it (and most of it has no collision detection). A nearby building is almost as high but also has a roof. To be honest there's not much to do up there!
