Can't modify this car

So long ago when SP2MP was still a thing I brought in a vehicle with custom paintwork.

Fast forward 2 years after my Army and it says "Can't modify this vehicle". What did rockstar do to my baby, GTAF please enlighten me.

I'd post some photos of my ride but GTAF keeps telling me "You are not allowed to use that image extension on this community." LOL What the f*ck.

Probably because it isn't meant to be online. Therefore it's blacklisted.

It's just a Carbonizzare(?) though. Was able to modify it etc in the past. Oh well.

It doesn't by any chance have a bomb installed does it? Vehicles with Ignition and Remote bombs can't be modded.

Nah man putting remote bombs on vehicle is stupid. Oh and my painted sovereign had its colors changed back to the stock one too.. D:

Yeah everyone's Sovereign was reverted back to the stock livery. I'm absolutely stumped with the Carbonizarre issue though.

Thats a random glitch it happens to a few people. You could fix it by duping it and theres actually a pv dupe working right now. Suggest you get that done asap.

My sovereign can't be modified but it stayed black
