dekaspace
With IV I downgraded and got 60fps but EFLC if I read correct came with a higher version number. I have a nomemrestrict on it, seemed to run reasonable till I reinstalled though nowhere as good as IV but now its choppy, vsync disabled in game (and enabled in nvidia control panel) is worse than enabled. Neither are that good. Main rig is 4790k i7 16 gig ram, 980ti, 8tb WD red for game and 250 gig Samsung Evo SSD. Bedroom rig is 4770k, 16 gig ram, 780ti, 6tb WD Red and 250 gig Samsung Evo SSD. I guess theres no way to downgrade?
radioman
The big ways to increase fps is to make sure the Frame Limiter is OFF and lower the in-game settings. Also, make sure there are NO Mods/trainers in use as Mods increase resource usage on PC-This is really big with SA. As far as Downgrading goes, IF you have the Retail (DVD) version, you can uninstall and reinstall the game and manually install the patch you want. IF it is the Downloaded version, it is a lot harder as those versions have automatic updates that get installed automatically.
dekaspace
Thanks but to be clear the issues I am having seem to be related to the documented 55fps lock as IV seems to get 60fps if I downgrade (though isn't perfect) EFLC even with the new update isn't 60fps.
