GTA Online Bikers problem

Hello People.

 

I Have a problem on bikers. Me and my mates have created a gang , but when the president leaves the game everyone gets kicked from the gang . Is this because we usually do it on invite only lobbies or is it someting else ?

 

Sorry for my bad english but it its't my primary language.
