Why won't Chop's happiness increase?

I have the iFruit app on my phone and almost every day, I feed and water him and play a game or two. In my app, he knows the sit and shake command but on my xbox, his happiness is all the way down and he doesn't know a single trick. What's going on?

i managed to get the chop tricks and happiness to max, then deleted the app and created new xbox live profile, made 100% save on new profile and connected to old social club account (chop stuff is saved deep into social club account).

After all this I have always infinite happiness and all tricks with any new save and profile on xbox as long as same social club account is connected! PS! do not log into that SC account via ifruit ever again!

Shut up and answer the man's question fool. he had answered it. Probably broke and won't work. I ain't been on app for months. (Also sure the chop app is the only way to increase happiness, customise, feed etc.

This might be a dumb thing to bring up. but you never know

 

but umm. you might wonna check your iFruit setting and make sure your on the right system.

 

me and my friends all went through the "WTF this sh*t it broken" phase when we wanted our license plates on the Xbox One

I don't know how often the ifruit app syncs up with the gta5 game, but I notice that if I use LS Customs it takes anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours for it to finally show up. I guess it's nice to have Chop happy, but it don't freaking matter for either of the missions Chop he's in. The only think Chop is useful for is finding the "pieces of letters," "ufo parts," armor, weapons, and first-aid packs. most of the time he's mostly ignored.

 

Also playing fetch with Chop isn't that fun either unless you like him getting hit by traffic.

Mine is somewhat broken either but in a kind of different way. I can change Chop's collar with a couple of minutes of latency so I'm so sure it's online now, but happiness doesn't seem to increase up to 25% on PC even tho the gauge in my app is full. Guess what happened when I blow up my sweet Chop. a message box popped up in a microsecond and the bar got empty. WTF? Yes, I'm sure it's broken. No cure. Case Closed.
