OpenIV.asi leads to ERR GFX D3D INIT

So I found the problem to why I get ERR GFX D3D INIT as an error. When I download an ENB mod, it never works with the OpenIV.asi. In short words, I cannot have other mods that requires the OpenIV.asi on, if I also have my ReShade/ENB stuff installed. Is anyone else getting this problem?

 

I want to play with other mods but I have to play seperately and it takes time too
