I've been trying to find a Speedo because it's the closest van you can get to the Payday crew van (relatively large wheels, shorter wheelbase with a somewhat longer rear end, large tailights). But long story short, I've been trying like hell to get the Speedo and so far I've had quite literally zero luck. I know there are Speedos that always spawn in certain CEO/Biker missions: One that always spawns in the Vinewood house of the stick-up crew ("the supplies are in the hands of some pretty nasty people"). That one is always guaranteed to spawn; however, I've managed to get one from there, BUT THE GAME STARTED A DEFEND MISSION RIGHT WHEN I WAS ON THE LS CUSTOMS DOOR. I lost it in the end. One also can spawn when the truck containing the special cargo is raided and you have to find them either by Trackify or by searching the lead. The other van can be obtained, but that is hard to do without a friend to take and hold it, plus the van is random. Aside from those, I don't know of any other guaranteed spawns, and I would love some help. I am very annoyed at Rockstar's decision to make this van real f*ckin rare, but there's not much I can do about it. I've had 3-4 of them, when they are customized they have been done so by modding. I think you can add a few mods with ifruit, but not full performance.. Dont engage the target and dont go in the mission speedo, just go to gasstation where they find the speedo. 100 procent spawn. You can drive it inside your garage in the mission.
