Unable to retrieve character inventory data from Rockstar game servers

I got this alert right after character transfering. I couldnt change visage of my character because i got this alert immediately. I wrote to R* Support and they told me this: As we investigated your account we do see that the PS4 was already transferred to the PC.. Yeah. I can see my character from PS4 on social club on PC with money, RP etc. but without face because i couldnt change my visage. And i have still this problem always when i join to GTA Online. Always i get this alert. Somebody know what to do please ? (sorry for my english)
