Download: http://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=28176 Installation: Spoiler Method 1: Download IMG Tool Click File/Open then browse to the "models" folder in your Vice City installation folder, open gta3.img. Click Edit/Find & search "player.dff", "player.txd", "csplay.dff", "csplay.txd" & go to Commands/Replace & then replace them individually with the files given in the download. Go in-game & enjoy! Method 2: Download Mod Loader & follow the instructions in readme.txt in the .rar. Make a "MC Tommy" folder in your extracted modloader folder, then extract the files given in the MC Tommy download into that folder. Go in-game & enjoy! And speaking of cutscene model, could you make cutscene Tommy as an player model please? Someone already converted and rigged the cutscene versions of Tommy to game play from what I remember. King Shady Posted November 5, 2016 Share Posted November 5, 2016 You can rip the CS head Rigging in 3ds Max to an new model to create an CSRig in sec. Only export the rig files of the head in 3ds , only go to save and export. The button is on the botton of the Skin Modifier list. Maybe it helps to crate the CSmodel.
