How can I move my GTA V file from one drive to another without "im

I got only around 30 GB left for C drive and around 170 GB for D drive, so I decided to move it, but when I tried to, it says something about improper installation and I have to move it back to C drive again... that is one problem, besides, I am afraid it might affect the pics and videos taken in-game (not sure whether it would or not). I don't really care about the save missions, so yeah, need some help here :/
