GTA Online on PC: problems to join to the sessions

Hi, I'm alemarco11 from Italy and I play this beautiful game on PC and on PS4 (I bought before the PC version and after the PS4 version)... But why I bought after the PS4 version if on PC I have better graphics and a better framerate? Only for the issues that I have on GTA Online on PC Version. I don't have a great connection, in Italy most of us can only use the ADSL at 7 Mbit in download and 0,4 or 0,8, but I have a good ping, the NAT is open and the IP is static.

I open this new topic because on PC it's very diffcult for me to join in a session, I'm usually in an empty session or with a few players. And if I want to play some activities with someone using the quick job on the phone, the game find a session with 1 or 2 players and, if I research the same activity typology, I'm in queue for the same session. It's a bit frustrating for me to play on PC in this conditions, I prefer much more to play on PS4 because I can play in full lobbies without problems (sometimes with lag, but it's still playable). What do you think about that? Sorry if i made some mistakes, but English is very very different to Italian and I learnt it only at school, and I don't use Google Translate
