tprimex
So basically I haven't tried either of these but I finally have a good sum money online (just over 600k) and I wanted to try one. Some option to make decent money outside of heists. My big thing is I don't have any friends that play this game outside of maybe a couple so I mainly just play solo or with randoms. I was wondering which one of these either MC or CEO is better/easier to solo to make cash rather than group up with others?
elfoam
CEO makes more money than anything else in the game solo. But 600k isn't anywhere near enough to set up. Mervz789
spike180
I'm not sure 600K is enough to buy a MC business. They are good solo-money making if you know what to do. Ideally you want to buy the more expensive ones (cocaine, meth) they make more profit, and upgrade them. I'm fairly sure you can't do that for $600K. You might be able to buy one of the cheaper ones (document forgery) without upgrades and start making money, but you may be better doing something else for a while first to get to be able buy the better ones. In the long run the expensive ones will make you much more money. If you set up a MC club you can do some of the missions from your clubhouse on your own and maybe use that to get the money to buy a better business. Anyway if and when you do buy a business you can always steal supplies so that when you sell it maximizes profits. Find a public lobby on your own or with other people that don't seem like they will destroy your supplies as you try to sell them. The selling missions vary. Most will be using a van (garbage truck or Post-Op), plane, boat or helicopter to deliver 5 packages. Some are clearly faster than others. You get 2 options for locations to sell to, the one further away gets more profit. More stock sold means more profit, but more vehicles to deliver them. You always get 30 minutes to do the sales. If you have 2 vehicles worth of stock to sell then you should be able to do that on your own to the more expensive location no matter what vehicle you get. With 3 vehicles it is very difficult, even impossible sometimes, to sell all stock in the vans, but you do get paid for each single delivery made and if you stole the supplies you are not losing anything by failing to sell some. I'm not sure on exact figures but it seems to be if your stock level is about half you get 2 vehicles, around 3/4 you'll get 3. Of course you could find yourself a crew with people running their own MC / CEO businesses and help each other. oleg_aka_djmeg
^ different businesses within one category make the same profit. my coke factory at alamo sea cooks 420k. i bought 3 cheapest businesses in that area: coke, money and meth, and i make just over 1 mil a day. not bad for driving back and forth a few times then rubberbanding the controller for 2 hours. Ezekeil2Ofive17
The thing that tips it to mc for me is that when you are on a heist with people who do this, you still make money If you're not into heists (I've heard tell of such folk) then go ceo Edited November 8, 2016 by Ezekeil2Ofive17 xR4PTORx
smartergaming
You need one MILLION to buy a CEO office (Maze Bank West)... You don't really need a warehouse as the best thing in CEO to make money is to grind VIP (Sightseer, Headhunter) and a mission like "Editor and Thief" or "Checkout Time" to fill in when there is a cool down between VIP work... See my channel for videos on how to do it... to make the extra $400,000k .... Grind Editor and Thief... you could make that much in about 4 hours solo, on hard. If you want buy a small or medium warehouse when they go on sale, only buy one... do not waste money on safes, gun safe, accomodations... just the office so you can do VIP work 24/7... Foppezão
U can do MC deliveries in Blain county and Paleto bay, for less money than in LS, but the chance of people trolling you is far less than doing ceo deliveries just in busy LS.. BigStickMama
IDK, one gun safe is kinda nice. Being able to take all the useless pistols and SMG's out of the weapon wheel, particularly while driving is hella nice.
derek0514
Try registering as a CEO - then do the VIP work. See if u can do this without office investment. Sightseer and Headhunter are good ones and pay around $25 k if fully executed. I find the biker business more to my liking vs the crate biz. I would be consertavitive on initial investment. Try c how it works for u before committing really big $. It takes a nearly empty lobby to avoid being griefed. I like grinding jobs with good payout per minute skeptical of something with big money pit investment and iffy success every time u try it. The biker and crate biz interesting plays to have in play book......but there are favs I always go to for quick, reliable payout. Try playing a game or two and do stuff that puts u in new lobby. It may clear out where u in lobby thinly populated. Neither biz worry my time, money, trouble if I have to evade or fight others plus take losses. Jamwes
If you want to work towards big money, and can force the game into "private" public sessions I'd recommend going CEO first and save up for MC and do both. Learn how to grind VIP missions using helicopters on the map until you can buy a buzzard. Once you have a buzzard, grind VIP until you can buy the Coke lockup. From this point forward you'll always have businesses grinding away in the background. Keep grinding in CEO and only go MC to restock or sell product. Use profits to fully upgrade the business before getting a second business. Repeat until you have all except for the Document place, which isn't worth it solo. All business sale missions (except Post Op vans) are doable solo in an empty session. Using both CEO and MC together you can pretty much maximize your profits and have some variety in what you do. igrvks
I recently started playing again after being away for a while and for the last couple days I have been doing a very relaxed, combined CEO/Biker-grind that I like to do. I start my session by filling up my Coke factory supplies to maximum, if needed. Then I register as a CEO, summon a Buzzard and do Sightseer. After that I fly to my office and do a 3 crate run. Upon completion it's headhunter time, and after that I pop by the clubhouse to do a supply run to keep the supply levels maxed out. Every time product reaches 1.5 bars or the warehouse gets filled it's sell time. (1.5 bars because then it's still a single vehicle. Although I am going to try out how tedious a two vehicle sale mission is and change if necessary) If you look at spreadsheets this is not the most efficient method there is by a long shot, but I find it not only fun and varied, but for me it makes enough money that I don't have to be running it all the time, maybe couple hours each session and then I can do other things. This is completely different to the dull pain that was eternal rooftop rumble-marathon for 11k a pop when I originally lost interest in playing I would had never thought I would say this but GTA Online is actually fun now. If you are looking for decent money and not maximum profit grind I could recommend this. Edited December 15, 2016 by igrvks
UNST3RBLICH
When you factor in the time involved, Import/Export will make you more money in a shorter amount of time running solo. There's no really practical way to do MC sales solo, but for CEO you can grind Sightseer and Headhunter back to back for around $25k a pop. Or you can steal and then sell one car for anywhere from $40k-$$60k+.
