I could be wrong, but I think they somehow bugged the damage over range for the "bullet", it'll still go its max range but after a certain range it'll hit someone/something and do no damage at all (will still give you hitmarkers though) as I've been sniping people before and am very certain I've heard my character get hit by a shot and even see a small bit of blood come out of me but no damage was done to me.

Between the really annoying interaction menu lag, the heavy sniper issue (it is absolutely true), teleportation glitch, and several other issues- including R*s refusal to balance air combat (specifically the HL vs helicopters) I have shelved the game for the past week. I just check here from time to time.

I'm not having problems with the game. It's probably your PC.

 

Just set GTA5.exe on High Priority.

This, besides the occasional frame-rate drop there is nothing wrong with my game on PC.

 

I did this and it screwed up Discord, connection constantly dropped because I didn't get enough CPU usage to Discord so calls were impossible. If you're just playing GTA and doing nothing else this works

Naah. I always have Firefox/Youtube or Media Player Classic in the background. They're both High Priority. CPU's always 99% usage on my i3-4150

The game runs perfectly. It must be on your end. Maybe your ps4 is messed up, Maybe you have vey bad Internet connection. Maybe your disk is scratched i really don't know what to say. There are no lags or bugs.

Let's all agree that game is broken since the last update, everyone who says otherwise either casual gamers who doesn't care that much(which is stupid by the way), or just ignorant brat.

 

See, interaction menu lag was brought since the VIP update, and they haven't fixed that in almost a year now.

 

I could list all the bugs that this game suffers since Lowriders(since there wasn't AS many before as they are now), but I really shouldn't. People who play this game on daily basis should know how much of bullsh*t is going on right now in the game.

 

Heavy Sniper Nerf on long distances is almost a critical issue, because they pushed adversary mode such as Beast vs Slasher not too long ago, and guess what, try to snipe the beast on a distance, no damage at all, same applies to the freemode.

 

But they just don't care, or they hired some kind of students to work free time on a game, it's sad that such company with money, resources, don't bother to fix the game.

 

Hell, 3 years have passed, they keep pushing the updates, but the very main foundation of match making is still not fixed, it can kick you out of lobbies, in a middle of a events, from heists(you have been kicked from job error), etc.

 

Rockstar was always keeping the quality mark when it comes to the games, but now even on heists you get glitched cutscenes, no music unless you restart, masks glitching out on finales, and this is just shows the overall change of quality since The Benz left.

 

Fully agree with OP, it's not a B&M, it's more of a like "I want my game that I'm passionate about to be fixed for everyone sake"

 

I wish I could revert back to Heists update, so much less bugs, more quality content, old freemode events, no forced PvP, ah, the good old times.

Before cunning stunts, it was perfect, server side.

Funny you say that, because the PC version actually has one less variable to go through - we don't need to worry about whether or not Sony or Microsoft's servers are up to play Online. As long as the Rockstar servers are up and running it's smooth sailing.

But that's true. Devs nowadays ignore PC Gaming, beacuse they have to optimize the game for hundreads of different hardware. Get a console if you want a great experience for a low price. Yes, expensive PC is better than a console, but if you don't have money get PS4, you can't get a good PC match for the same price.

I`m experiencing issues on getting in the labs. This morning took me almost 30 seconds to enter. Waited on a total black screen. Which happened a few times before but never so long since a few days.

 

I get stuck in loading screen after almost every activity I do and return to lobbies again. I had to shut down the game 3 times on Sunday because it would not let me get in a lobby.

 

I am having "more" problems with online since Finance & Felony update which just grew worse with the Biker DLC.

 

The lag is sickening. I am not sure if this is my problem. I updated my online connection to 16k, it was a 6k before and with that connection I seriously never had any lag.

Nah, you ain't naive. This guy is most likely not even 16 yet and he thinks of the most stereotypical and offensive stereotypes of people from other nationalities.

 

I myself have grown up mostly in the UK, which is why I'm fond of anything British, and some years in Italy. It's why my knowledge in English and foreign culture is very high as well as giving me a more democratic personality.
