What's the best revolver?

I'm torn between the Schofield and the Lemat.

The LeMat is probably better technically, but I usually use the Schofield for the look of it. Plus Ricketts gave it to me, so it's special. :colgate:

Since my game glitched and now the stores won't load in Tesoro Azul I'll have to stick to the double action or Schofield. So pissed about it. I had bought the Lemat right after the revolution happened. Was leaving town and started getting shot up. Returned fire and before I knew it there was military everywhere. Took me by total surprise. Dead. Since then the stores won't load and they took my Lemat. Since then I kill anyone I see that looks like law in Mexico. So pissed.

Double Action Revolver. Schofield would be the next best.

depends what you wanna do with it

cattleman is great for torture and executions as well as if you wanna fill someone with a heap of bullets, i love blasting out both kneecaps then running up and executing people

lemat is great for blasting, feels powerful and can blow a face off nicely, but is weighted and just feels right and lethal

double action is great but feels off to me it shoots a microsecond to quick or slow or something idk how to explain but shooting with it doesnt seem to flow as succinctly as the lemat

schofield isnt as powerful but is a good all rounder and feels very good to use, to me its second best to the lemat though, the schofield is a little too typical and stale to me the lemat has this charm to it, like its a character all of its own, my favourite gun for blasting unsuspecting travellors and lonesome prostitutes, nothing rivals the lemat punch

LeMat is a hand cannon, strongest but slow to fire, the double-action revolver has an insane rate of fire, but it isn't as powerful per shot.

They are both the best, but in different areas.

High Power Pistol - Best In Terms Of Stats

LeMat Revolver - Slow Rate Of Fire, Strong.

Double Action - High Rate Of Fire, Medium.

Schofield Revolver - Sniper.

Cattleman Revolver - LEGENDARY.

Toss up between the Double Action Revolver and the Schofield for me. Aesthetically the Cattleman Revolver was my favourite, unfortunately it sucked lol (I hope the cattleman revolver is more powerful in RDR2).

When playing online, I used the Hi-power pistol.

The Mauser was cool too.

Technically the LeMat but I enjoy the Cattleman the most. Can always use a rifle, repeater or shotgun for heavy stuff, the Cattleman feels good and works just fine for a headshot, and is also the best for shooting someone's legs out so you can run up and do the two best executions in the game when they kneel - shooting right in the forehead/temple or stabbing in the neck with a throwing knife. Nice for hunting small game too.

Whichever one you think looks the best... they are basically all the same.

The Cattleman is noticeably the weakest and best for if you don't want to kill someone in one or two shots, and the LeMat is noticeably the strongest and holding 9 shots instead of 6 makes it stand out as well. The other two in the middle are pretty similar though.
