Question about Halloween surprise

Hi,

 

Since I won't be able to play much today I was wondering if there's anything about this 'surprise' that's limited?

Like certain facepaint for example? Will they be available after Halloween or they won't be available tomorrow?

 

If they are limited however, can I unlock them for good if I just buy certain facepaint for example? Will those that weren't there before, always be there if I buy them today?

Also If I buy it on 1st char, do I need to buy it for 2nd char too, or it will automatically unlock for 2nd char as well?

Last year the masks and the face paints were available until November 15th, so i think your good to go.

 

 

If you buy something that is limited and you remove it, it will still be there. It wont disappear from your inventory.

If you purchase the Halloween dashboard bobbleheads they should be permanently available to any vehicles that can be customized with them (though only for the character that bought them).

The horns have a history of being troublesome. If they are replaced with another horn they may not be available again, or are only available for the specific vehicle(s) it was applied to. Rockstar may have fixed this issue... or typical.

I went cheap last year and bought the cars, the facepaints, the flashlight, (all to both characters) but didn't buy all the bobbleheads.

Bought the rest of them this morning before I forgot again.

I'd rather throw candy at the neighbors' kids tonight. Bad enough they've done Christmas Day-exclusives (semi-exclusive in 2014).

Just think about the Drag Tornado that's allegedly arriving tomorrow.

I haven't heard the price of it yet, but I'll bet it's leaked out there already.

 

If I was Rockstar and setting the stats for it: I'd give it the best acceleration of any 4-wheeled vehicle, the highest top speed of any land vehicle, but give it the turning radius of the Tug and the turning stability of the Hotknife, keep it permanently rusty with no secondary color and no livery options, and make it $999,999; then, make it prone to rolling over if it hits a bump.

Seconded. Haven't had stuff disappear on me like that, but from previous experience with R* support they are very quick to resolve things when given proof. Screenshotting the transaction log from the bank might help too.

 

By contrast, R* support tend to put you at the back of the line if you don't have anything conclusive to give them up front because of the people trying to BS their way to free stuff.

This is confirmed for bobbleheads too? If I buy all the bobbleheads on the Franken Stange, after Halloween, can I buy them on every vehicle that has the ornament option? I thought I need to go to each vehicle that can have ornaments and rebuy the bobbleheads again for that specific vehicle. The horns I know are tied to specific vehicles, but I am looking for confirmation on the bobbleheads. It would be asinine to have to buy bobbleheads for each car I want them for just to have them unlocked after Halloween for that specific car.

Yeah the bobbleheads will remain in your account once you bought it. I dont think it will tied to specefic vehicles.

I bought one of each bobblehead last year, as I was not interested in them, but was still curious as to what would happen when the tunables changed over.

 

They stick per character, meaning they are not locked to the specific car you buy them for and can be applied to any vehicle with the option for it, but only for the character you bought them with. I lost the horns I paid for, however, so I have no idea on that front.
