Faith?

Those players you encountered who were amazing. We see threads were people complain,pick, and argue over online players. But what about those players who were different? Those who were nice or intriguing ? I myself have met players who have become loyal buds of mine.

 

Quick Story: I was picking up a random in my swift, the random ended up killing me then my loyal friend killed the random. There are bad players out there,but there are a lot of good players out there as well. I haven't seen a thread about the good players online yet

I think the point of the title is mainly a way of saying that this is a way of recognizing those who give you faith that the GTAO community isn't completely full of stupid, worthless pieces of sh*t.

I thought this thread was going to be about our character's religious beliefs...

 

But yeah, I've met some cool people. When VIP was new, I had a random bodyguard play the role perfectly. He actually stayed posted in front of store doors while I bought clothes and ammo. This was with neither of us talking too, completely unplanned.

Just yesterday I received a message from a guy who had just joined the session telling me I had a nice K/D and that he hoped it didn't affect our relationship as we went about our MC work. I told him I never target crates or supplies/product so he could go about his business. After a few more friendly messages back and forth he asked if I could help him with a sale, to which I accepted, and lo and behold I got an 'unknown network error' message and was booted. I messaged him saying that if he needed help any time in the future to hit me up. There are nice people out there.

It hasn't changed in three years. GTA is a magnet for stupid. Zero faith in it ever changing.

lots of douchebags, but the few nice people i get to meet does restore some faith from time to time. im one of those, nice people, will help, not harm, and i love the mutual appreciation between two players who are naturally kind, rare as it may be.
