Staff stopped producing stock at Morningwood Lockop (cocaine)

I finally saved up to buy the morningwood cocaine lockup for my MC for about $1.85 Million. I resupplied a few times by stealing supplies and everything worked fine. Staff would use up supplies and make about $20k worth of product every now and again. It wasn't fast but I'm fine with that. I made about $60k and then bought supplies instead of stealing since I just completed a contract and it only cost me $15k to resupply the business.

 

Since then MY STAFF HAS NOT BEEN USING ANY SUPPLIES AND NOT PRODUCING ANY STOCK. I've completed like 6-7 contracts now, been playing for 4 hours and no supplies have been used and it won't let me restock because supplies are full. I sold the $60k and shut down the business then restarted it. Still nothing. Can someone please give me some advice ASAP
