Vice city swim edit?

I wanted to find out do get the the player to somehow swim in vice city, some basic code could make the player float around with some animation going?

Nice little swim around, always like the ocean in that game. Did anyone ever figure out making it possible to submerge in a vehicle or some sort of submarine?

If u submurge a car in gta vc u will spawn back at land even is player goes below limit of water which is very low u will the player will spawn back in land

if u want there are.submarine mods that can go under water but not under the limit if u push it below u spawn back at land
