Singleplayer won't start :(

I have the retail version so it's activated on the Social Club and not on steam. I've been permabanned, but in theory i should be able to play singleplayer. i double click playgtav.exe and the auto-login starts normally but after 15 second i get this. unable_to_access_rockstar_servers_cover. My connection doesnt suck dick and it is working without any problem...is there anything i can do?
