If we had this discussion back then, we'd be in a right tussle for sure. You don't care about getting your facts straight because... It's 2017? And not 2006-2010? Alrighty then, great reason. If you think a few more pixels made all the difference to you in the world with your 360 compared to my PS3 then fine, good for you. I really just don't care about console wars man, my gaming standards are now way too advanced to entertain them. I really don't care about pixels that much. Who says I do? I just shared a couple of facts with you. Now that you bring it up though, say whatever you want, but it's still a pro for the X360 version, and a con for the PS3 version. Resolution is not the only difference either, so why are you trying to make sound like it is? And "my 360"? Really? I own both, so stop trying to make me sound like a fanboy, it's not working. Mock my opinion, make fun of it, parody or satire it, makes no difference to me as my opinion stays the same. I really don't care about your preference, never have. Prefer what you want. What I do care about though is the spreading of false info/lies in your posts, case in point: RDR ran equally fine on both the PS3 and 360, despite the lies spread on online media that PS3 version so clearly inferior (that I nearly believed before getting it on my PS3). In fact, I saw both versions side by side and I still personally preferred the PS3 version, not because it ran better, I just preferred it's look and palette. The reviews said both versions were fine too. No one lied. It is inferior on PS3. And it doesn't run better on PS3 either. As for RDR ? They were both good, the attacks on the PS3 version was fanboy propaganda, I've seen both they are both good. Both are good, yeah, but the X360 version is still better when it comes to performance and visuals. It's not fanboy propoganda, just facts. Finally, gta IV PC CANNOT beat up the Xbox 360 Reflections. I bet! EDIT - I understand better coz I've completed GTA IV & EFLC on both PC & Xbox 360. The PC Version is oversharped. It has grainy shadows. Reflections are inferior to Xbox 360 ones. Water & effects are better in 360. FPS doesn't matter. Sunrise Driver Posted March 16, 2017 Share Posted March 16, 2017 I voted for 360 because I've only played it on console and between the 360 and PS3 versions the 360 version just looks cleaner and sharper to me. Not quite as "blurry" and the character models look better for some reason. PC's obviously the pick of the bunch, but I'm only voting on what I've played. If I was a big fan of some game and played on consoles, I'd still would have bought/upgraded my PC to play superior version with some exclusive content. Recommend you to do this. ViceBoy69 Posted March 16, 2017 Share Posted March 16, 2017 My PC isnt the fastest but it plays all my GTA titles and i wouldnt go back to a console, as i know with my pc all i need do is upgrade my graphics card and it will make a console look silly. The only mod I used on PC was the one to add AA which also seems to lighten the game as well slightly. Everything important is way better on the PC. Resolution, textures, draw distance, detail distance, no blur and for me importantly a locked 30fps. Granted, the port is garbage and the framerate is choppy - you can't the deny the fact that the game looks f*cking beautiful on PC, judging solely by graphics. It was way it's time, really. Obviously PC will always be the best however the Xbox One and PS4 are pretty good especially since the source isn't made for those specific systems.
