Reflections/chrome display bug

I've had this problem since I started playing PC, but it only affected beer bottles and the chrome trim around the apartment TV. Now with the Bikers update it's affecting a lot of the new bikes. The brake discs, grips, foot pegs, and the chromed engine options all show up as this pinkish red colour. I've tried chaning every graphic setting I can find, but nothing fixes it. It still shimmers in the light, so the reflections seem to be working, it's just got this glowing colour on top. Any idea what to do?
