I'll up vote Vespucci this time, I always like Venice & I'd love to own a house around Vespucci Canal. I keep a warehouse there just because. (Marquis crate job + Jetmax = very Miami Vice)

 

Looks like Port of Los Santos will be the first to go, so might as help put it out of its misery.

Yes I live in Del Perro. My high-end apartment is there, my office is there and my clubhouse it there. But it's just a place where I live. it is FAR from the best district in Los Santos. Downtown is very boring and the layout is pure crap. They butchered Downtown Los Angeles, not going to lie. So many missing building too. Pacific Bluffs is where I'd love to live and we NEED beach houses there and in Chumash but even without the option to live there it is gorgeous.

+1 to Rockford Hills because it has my favorite LSC and my two favorite apartments. -1 to Downtown and Little Seoul for no good reason except they always seem to be a total tryhard warzone in freeroam.

Voted down Downtown because as Scag said, it's very dull. The streets feel very empty and lack any depth making it feel like a cardboard cutout dead city.
Voted up Morningwood as I like the vibes the area has, it feels kind of oldtown. And often has little PVP going on around it, which makes for safer shopping. The name is also cool and goes with its feel.

It's a nice little area, the home of the first race I created back on PS3, and I'm told they have great food there--even though R* doesn't believe in letting us try it. -_-
