So I have all 5 business types, and naturally, there's a lot of going back and forth to different places so I can check on them. You can actually monitor them all at your clubhouse, but you can't buy supplies for them there (you have to go to them each separately).

What I would put forward, is some kind of site on the in-game internet (accessible through the phone), where you can check up on all your businesses.

You would be able to see how many supplies each business had, as well as how much product they'd made. You would be able to remotely buy supplies for the ones that needed it, all from your phone, without having to go to the businesses themselves.

As a second idea, what about having the option (only an option of course) of paying a fee to have the selling mission done for you?

What I like about the businesses is that they're something I can have running in the background, but without these, you have to tend to them quite a lot (especially if you have all 5).

As a disclaimer, I'm not really complaining about it as such, and I'm not exactly going to start saying I sexually identify as extra options for buying supplies, or anything like that. It's just an idea (and I haven't made a thread in a while, felt like time to make something).

Also, I do understand that everything runs much, much smoother when you're not lone wolf'ing it. And I wouldn't want to take away from what its focus is anyway, just thinking of other options to make life easier.

Anyway, what do you think?

I voted yes for first 2 but no for the last one. Everything can't be handed to us on a plate in this game, god knows there needs to be a balance in this game. I've come to enjoy selling product believe it or not lol

I definitely get that - I'm not even 100% sure on the last one myself lol.

Would be a way of getting past those Post Op vans, but then they should probably do something different other than trying to get people to not even play them. Maybe have it so you don't get those if you're on your own or something.

The first two I'd love though.

Thanks for voting :)

Voted yes on all 3 because I am lazy

Edit: Actually after thinking about it the reason why we can't is probably because the laptop/pc's at the office are connected to a secure network iirc and the phone's aren't.

We SHOULD be able to monitor them on our phone at the very least. If you own a Meth Lab in LS, good f*cking luck getting to it and checking. They're only in the very south part...... while everything else is up north.

I don't like constantly checking my Clubhouse after every 20 minutes to see if everything is fine.

But Lester, I mean...LJT, is a super genius hacker. Surely he can make an app that replaces SecuroServ when being an MC.

Maybe he'll stop f*cking calling us too with how busy he'll get making such an app.

E:

1: Yes: I only own 3(2), one is shut down but still a pain the ass to go back and forth to see how much supplies or product I have. I can only imagine having 5(4) and being spread around the map, I have my 3(2) businesses in Paleto and still hate doing it.

2: Yes: I'd still opt to steal them but would be nice to steal supplies while on the go. Say, I was in LS and my dope farm in PB runs out of supplies, I could do it on the fly instead of going to PB then all the way back to LS.

3: No: I could see them implementing where if sales are done auto, something will go wrong and the whole shipment is seized by cops or something, thus netting you $0 for your time and effort.

yes on the first 2, no on the last one...

we can deposit millions of dollars via our phones, we can buy cars and military vehicles, we should be able to launch monitor, buy supplies or start resupply missions from the phone.

the current system is designed to make you waste time, with supply mission 4-5miles away from the business and the selling missions are so long and boring, i simply shutdown my business.

Yeah I definitely put Yes for all 3 Questions. Since I am a lone Wolf I find it VERY difficult to do the sell and resupply missions.

Definitely Yes on checking your businesses from your phone. Its counterproductive having to go to the club (or each business individually) to check for their status ... Especially if your businesses are in the country side & you are in the City.

As for buying supplies via phones, Maybe ...

No for the paying npcs to sell your products ... Might as well do the same with CEO work. That's just lazy lol

R* wants to make grinding as time consuming as possible. We should be able to set the sale amount.

R* should increase the payout for the cannabis, document forgery and fake money factories.

If you shutdown a factory, stop calling me that factory has no supplies.

I'd at the least like to be able to see what's up at each of my businesses without driving across the map.

Just the ability to check it through the phone would be nice.

Voted yes, yes, no.

Voted yes - yes - maybe.

It would be convenient to access our business stats and work from our phones. As already mentioned by another member, our phones technically aren't secure. Perhaps the idea of bringing a couple of new phones that are secure to manage businesses on would work?

It's a great idea as it can be a pain sometimes having to fly all the way back to my office (when I'm up in Paleto Bay). Yeah, I could just use my heist invite to get closer, but still .

As for paying a fee for having our product sold, I really don't know to be honest. It would be OK if the sale was instant and didn't place a few NPCs that need to be escorted (which defeats the object anyway ).

I would like respectable challenge, but not bullsh*t levels of challenge or kindergarten educational games level of challenge, which is why I agreed with the first two but disagreed with the third.

Honestly, calling our bodyguards to monitor our supplies and buy supplies for us or start steal missions would be great, as it'd reduce LJT's message and call spams and restrict him to be recon to notify us of where our steal targets are.

If I get anything different from the Post-Op vans, then I would find sell missions enjoyable if there are no griefers in the session, the ones with the seaplane and buzzards are right up there with the Tug mission for me.

It just sucks that the biker business is either impossible or barely enough to finish while CEOs get more money per day and can finish most sell missions in half the time given.

Yes-yes-maybe. We should at least be able to monitor them, definitely. We have an app for hiring Associates/Bodyguards for your highly illicit Organisation and freight, we can call for airstrikes, we can send muggers, bribe cops and do various other slightly less illegal things, not to mention that annoying LJT rodent keeps harassing us about supplies on that same phone. If it's already connected to such illicit contacts, why not let us access The Open Road on it?

Yes to the first two. Though when you're doing it from your phone and thusly not using the secure network, I'd like to see a small increase in raids. But it should be done safely from your clubhouse.

No to just having the sales done for you. We'd just be playing Sim-City then.

i voted fluffy - sparkly - ui (yes - yes - no). maybe on the third one i should have voted maybe. but but but i think just let the game sell it for you would be to easy. maybe it's really expensive or there is still a risk or or or something hihihi. good poll doll papa moll!!

By paying to get sell missions to be done for us, you mean letting our associates do it for us? Or that useless secretary that won't even bounce on my boy?

If so, hell yes.

To be honest, I'm not even 100% on the third one myself. I do think though, that if you're on your own then it shouldn't give you the Post Op vans.

If you think about it, I mean, they do something similar with resupply missions - if you're on your own, they won't give you multiple packages to collect. So why do they still give something that's not really possible to do solo, to solo people? Just seems a bit off.

I do want the other two though. I get the point Weekendwarrior made about it not being a secure network, but I'd be willing to overlook that. It's such a drag when you have a lot of them.

At the very least, it'd be nice to at least be able to resupply all the businesses from our clubhouse.

I voted yes to the first one and no to the second two.

I like the idea that resupplying our businesses requires us to physically travel to these businesses. Gives a good idea of how much stuck we actually have and allows us to check in on our team. The bigger argument for this idea is the higher levels of encryption our physical establishments can provide as discussed above, but I understand that no matter which way you slice it this idea is unpopular.

The point of having businesses is to enrich the gameplay and provide exciting and new activities to do. Simply paying to have the gameplay done for us misses the forest for the trees. Might as well buy shark cards (because glitching/modding is effectively heresy), if you really want quick cash without gameplay.

The long winded response to your question, "What do you think?" is:
You're right and I agree.

As for the poll questions, my extensive, dramatic decisions were:
Yes, yes, and yes.

Sorry to go on and on like that. Cheers! :)

Not just that but we pay a freaking assistant, couldn't they get off their lazy ass at the reception desk and access the network for the Boss over the phone?

The third one should only get us a small profit margin and have a risk of failure. I think its a fair price to to pay for being lazy.

Haha I think LJT said something about Post Op vans being inconspicuous. What BS. That thing is so slow and drop off points are so far is not like we're going to drive inconspicuously anyway. Yesterday I had to deliver coke in a dump truck that's even worse imo.

And I take back what I said about phones not being connected to a secure network that's a weak point. I'm sure Lester can come up with a app or something. Or hell maybe R* will see it as a money-making opportunity and put an overpriced tablet or something to manage our business on.
