VOIDACID8000 Posted October 29, 2016 Share Posted October 29, 2016 I'm aware that the NPC drivers do enter speed mode after being shot at or taking damage, where they start driving fast non-stop swerving around traffic. But every now and then I see a speeding NPC (not necessarily a carjacker) in a place where there are no gang wars and I have not commited crimes. The fact that there is a cheat in VC which enables this behavior on all drivers further suggests this.
