I don't know... I've once made two male chars (because reasons^^), and when I made one with black inheritance, the mullet was always available to me. IIRC, it was not the case when I made a male char with non-black inheritance. Hm...
EDIT: Oh, 2016 model here. Don't know about the 2015 model.

I bought mine last summer and still have the option to purchase it.I bought mine laat summer, but i dont have option to change the color and i dont see it in menu. Thats why im afraid to change it.

No, you do not lose it if you change your hair. I have changed mine several time, and am now back to the Mullet(on my male) and the Flapper Bob on my female, they both stick as long as you have kept them this long.

 

AND if for some gawd awful reason it disappears you can still cancel everything...

So after you change your hair BEFORE you get up out of the chair OR change any other options, go back to the Hairstyles and check if it is listed, with a price...

...If not, if it is gone, quickly disconnect your console from the internet. DO NOT get out of the barber chair, do not change any other options just disconnect as soon as you notice it missing.

...if it is still on the list and now has a price to purchase then you are safe, you're good to go.smileys-cowboy-599543.gif

The Halloween Masks, Facepaints, Horn, and Bobbleheads WILL remain available once you purchase them, they will have to be purchased again if you want to change them or add them to a different car, BUT the options to purchase all of them stays available ONCE you purchase them. I only had anough money for all the items on my female last year, and only what I wanted on my male, and all of it stuck and this year IU just bought all of the rest for my Male.

 

The only thing I am missing is the Mullet for my female, it was available in the original Independence Day DLC but if I bought it then I would have lost my Flapper Bob cut forever. But now I wish they would add it just so I could buy it and complete my collection, I have everything else.(Well my Male is missing the K-Jah Tee, but my female has it and they both have everything else). Crap and looking at this I just noticed I don't have the Stars and Stripes Face Paint either, I guess they didn't resell this either or I'd have it now.

And if you notice, back then the Hairband on the Flapper bob used to be different depending on the hair color option you chose, now it is black, or changes to match your hair color.(The feather too)

Hmm, I'm not actually too sure if it applies to all vehicles. I bought all three for my Franken Strange last year but I've never noticed if I could still buy them for my other cars. But I did buy some bobbleheads and I could buy them for any car after Halloween so maybe. I don't know for certain, sorry.

 

Any facepaints you buy will be purchaseable again after Halloween is done. It worked for me last year, but I would record you buying them just in case you need to contact R* support about it.

 

It does, the horns and bobble heads are purchasable for ALL vehicles once you buy them once. I use that Halloween Horn (the death tone) on a few cars already. And of course the same with the bobbleheads.

After loosing access to it once I haven't changed it on my male since. My dude wouldn't be a proper Snake clone without his mullet.

 

I've got access to it on my female tho so maybe they fixed it?

 

Still to paranoid to risk it on my male tho, which sucks for cosplays.

Yes you can still repurchase it and they have the added option of adding highlights to it now, pretty cool IMO. I just re-bought it in the last month so can confirm it. Here is a pic of mine with highlights, it really adds a-lot more texture and style to it. You can also make it more intense by having say blond hair with blue highlights. I wen't for more of the '80s look with blond and bleached/peroxide looking highlights. :cool:
