Can't sell/modify most of my vehicles

Like my jester or Ztype I needed money for one car in the sales event so i wished to make quick cash on cars I havn't touched in like a whole year of playing. It never did this before in last update But now I can't even put them in the workshop to modify when all I want to is sell them ;/ It more just those 2 though. Whats going on??

No they were never duped

I literally just got back into Gta after last update the business one. I play like 3 or 4 weeks of it and i could still modify these cars. Then I took break and came back for the halloween event and now well.. this.

Some of the cars That can't be sold are ones I know I just bought cause they looked cool and then just never touched em
