I did not receive today's 2 free Halloween T-shirts.

Greetings. Today, while I was playing I got the notifications that I received todays 2 free Halloween t-shirts. Soon, thereafter, my game crashed. Now I have neither shirt. Is there any way I can fix this? I've tried relogging, going to clothing stores, etc, but they don't seem to be showing up. Thanks for any help yall can give me.

Thank you. I think the reset worked; I tried it multiple times. It never loaded me into the prologue mission, but it did reset all my settings. It didn't fix my problem though, so I'll send in a ticket. Thanks a lot for your help.

Well I now feel rather foolish. I thought these were automatically awarded; I did not realize I had to go buy them from the store. I did check the store initially and am fairly certain they weren't there then, regardless, but I never checked after clearing cache. They were there now in any case, and I now have them. Thanks again.
