I agree somethings I've seen on there can be funny and the ones that comment are in my opinion worse and very cringe inducing (I've literally felt angered by some of those trolls more then anything I've experienced here or in game.).

 

That said...

Can't really make fun of the grammar or anything like that because chances are very high that they aren't kids but someone with very little knowledge of the English language and the fact they are (for the most part) able to communicate (in English however broken) what their problems or desires is rather impressive if you ask me.

Eh, it's not to be taken that seriously; it's just a mix of both amusement and cynicism in between all of the serious matters that life often throws our way. The support page is why R* staff take so long to deal with actual issues we bring to them - they're too tied down with ignoring the onslaught of idiots that got banned or people asking for refunds on things that clearly said "no refunds"
