Few questions about the Halloween DLC

Hi!

 

How can I make it so the Halloween horns are available to buy even after the DLC for all vehicles?

 

Is it possible to do the same for face paints?

Everything I bought last year: face paints, masks, horns, vehicles - everything has been permanently available for me to purchase/equip since, and I sold last year's Halloween cars a long time ago.

EDIT: I'll add a question here. Where can we try out the new vehicles? The Sanctus was at least available in the creator so I drove it around a bit there. But the two hearses (franken stange or something and the lurcher) don't seem to be available in races OR in the creator. The wiki says they're in the sports classics and muscle car categories, checked both and can't find them.

That part I know, but I didn't find the halloween vehicle - the hearse anywhere. Haven't yet decided which character gets which car so I'd just like to know if that purchase unlock (permanent after the event) works for just the one character or both.

I'm guessing it's just the one, but if someone could confirm that would be great.

I just told you. The hearse is available in sumo. Go play sumo you can test it there.

I just told you. The hearse is available in sumo. Go play sumo you can test it there.

 

Yes, I read the post. Did you not read mine? What I wanted to know is wether purchasing a vehicle on one character unlocked it for the other character on the same account as well. REXX answered that now.

Yes I did but did you? He answered that but your first sentence is "I didn't find the Halloween vehicle". Are you high? Seriously you say 2 things one you can't find it and two is it permanent if you buy it. He only answered one part so don't get mad when someone goes oh this idiot can't find a job in gta?

The facepaints you buy will always be available, but, you will have to pay for them each time you apply them.

Yes if you buy them all they will remain available all year unlike if you don't buy them. You can change them whenever but you will have to pay for them again. They remain available but you have to buy them every time you apply it. Same goes for the bobble heads. If you buy them all they will all be available for every car all year but you will have to pay for it again.
