Rockstar servers are unavailable

I've been getting a message saying the above for about 8 hours now and i'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing this aswell?

I keep getting the unable to connect to cloud servers and saving failed messages to the point i can't even load my friends list and it crashes gta so hard if i try to log off my pc requires a full restart to fix it. Just in the last 24 hours I've probably lost at least half a mil if not more thanks to this.

If you change "8 hours" to "ever since the release of the Biker DLC," then I know exactly how you feel.

if you got " file required " error message when trying to connect online , there is a way to get around of this
