gta_vc.set permissions ios

Hope you guys are all well.

 

Sousing iEplorer I access Gta Vice Citys files and after putting in the appropriate graphics settings into the gta_vc.set file with hex workshop , saving it and reloading the game, nothing changes. Think this may be a problem with the permissions for the .set file, but thing is I've got no clue how to change those permissions. It looks something like this (off the top of my head): -rw -r- -r- or something like that.
