what kind could be nekt generation gta consol game?

with this i don't mean any gta 6 what is coming for currently existing XBOX ONE and PS4.i mean then microsoft and sony announce their new consoles PS5 AND XBOX 480.does anybody thinks,that rockstar may already develops completely new gta game,for next generation game consoles(WONT MEAN CURRENTLY NEWEST GENERATION CONSOLES).

how good game gta rockstar could make,if they already developing for example gta 7??what would you like to see??what i want see??any really massive map,where it would really take long time reach other end map and make feel like world is really big...

On-topic: I think it will e releeased on Xbox one, ps4 and pc, then probably ps5 or xbox two whatever name it has. Considering if it will release at the end of this generation, just like gta v did back in the day.

Depending on when It releases I could see it coming for next gen aswell. I will assume that it uses the new version of Rage so it should be bigger than 5. Better? Who knows because Rockstar seems to be heading into the Online direction.

Forward: I own a PS4 and a PC. I love my f*cking PS4. Even if I play my PC more most of the time, I still LOVE my PS4. No console hate, here. I don't need an Xbox because their exclusives are corny (to me), and I have a PC that is just a more powerful xbox since xbox runs windows that has been gimped. I am not inciting a console/pc war. PC and console are BOTH great to game on, it will be evident by the end of the post. As much as I do love my PS4, it ain't no f*ckin' PC, mah niggie.

Fact #1:

Rockstar North, like any other game company, develops on PC, with win client, on PC, with highest graphics they can, with highest PC specs the firm can afford, and lower specs as you go further from the leads down to the art plebs. As all devs do, ever since the f*cking advent of PC gaming, which made it possible to go "above and beyond" and then polish down to the fixed hardware of living room arcade toys we call consoles today.

 

Fact #2:

 

They then dumb it down enough to where it completely stops crashing on the console's "budget sh*t, but hey, you can play in your living room!" hardware. It was harder in the past when their sh*tty applications had to be on carts or CD's and update was impossible. Now, with digital distribution, the added complexity of making games is made easier by the fact that they can still make ship time and patch stuff later - a lot of which most people won't notice anyway, so it's easier to fix things, in a harder to develop time.

 

Fact #3:

 

A console exclusive is a myth. Because of fact #1 being a #FACT, what exists in reality, and isn't as good for marketing, but it still what it really is, is this: "Only optimized for consoles, didn't have the time, money, or will/market to optimize for varied-hardware landscape of PC AFTER we got it working on console A, B, or both. What is a wii? lolz".

 

None of this matters. My hair is a bird. Your post is atrociously typed. I am inclined to believe English is your first language, because in my experience, people who learned English as a second or third language speak it better than anyone else, especially those who apologize for their english, ironically. You really need to work on it, it will make you stronger than ever. Real ultimate power.

 

Fact #4: It ALMOST gave me cancer reading that post. But I made it through.

 

I hope you know now: All the games are on PC first. The console is easiest to "get working correctly", and even then they still need patches these days. ALL games since Super Nintendo are developed on PC's stronger than consoles, then lowered settings and code fixes for consoles. People need to get this through their heads, but I suppose that's a different conversation than this one.

 

that all said, Rockstar developed GTA V on PC. It was beyond-nexgen on PC before old gen even released - it just didn't run good. It was lowered down to go on oldest gen console first, which they were most familiar with. Then, it was crunch time to get it on the new consoles. Most fixes for Xbox1 applied to PC (not all), and so PC version benefited from that crunch. Once PS4 and Xbox1 were out, the last PC delay was so they could dump a bit of extra money on optimization for more obscure setups that they knew about thanks to Steam stats and Microsoft Windows Install Base stats.

 

You can ask them. I doubt they will answer. But this is the true story of game development, Rockstar included.

otherwise you would only get 1 platform per game, there would be no such thing as cross platform, and no one would be rich enough to make games this big - #fact.

 

Anyway, to close it up and give a semblance that I have answered your post: YES, they are BEYOND nexgen. Rockstar's "supercomputer only 2 of them for the whole family of studios" software would make you sh*t your pants and you would cry if you saw how sam-and-them see GTA V, yes, they are BEYOND nexgen. So obviously, yes, they will easily lower settings and quickly optimize for the consoles whatever they work on - will it come to PC? Depends how many console players buy it, for now at least. Until PC finishes the invasion [of the living room, which will be Linux based, despite popular knowledge].
