HELP: About Map Editor and Menyoo PC "Object Spooner"

Hello i am wondering if i can save all the awesome map like a new mansion of those characters it is possible that i will not load the map everytime i went to the certain places?..

 

 

because last night i`ve try to load a map for franklin then i went to the city when i went back the map that i`ve load is gone and frankline house back to normal..

 

 

and i also see some of the screenshots that it has to many houses/priorities are available to purchase what mod is that?
