LJT is basically "Lumberg"

Anyone else notice this? Other than he announces himself everytime he calls, it's Lumberg from office space. Actually, the self announcement is LJT's means of saying "Yeeeaaahh um".

 

LJT is by far, the most annoying personallity that calls. Basically, because he's on point whether the supplies are empty, or the stock is full, this mfn LJT is blowin my gta cell up. The real dumb part of it all is, that the gd growhouse isn't even wrth while to mess with it. Just like the big time CEO garbage, the cash reward is not sufficient to invest time supplying, then WAITING for the stock to build. !0 full warehouses on the CEO end, and about 10 stock runs is what it takes to recover te initial investment of starting up. That, of course, doesn't account for any upgraded aspects of clubhouses, offices, or owned businesses.

 

It's all real cool in theory, but when it becomes a money sink, that's pretty uncool by the standards I've gotten accustomed to from this company. Bottom line is, there is no real return on these investments that's worth while for the player that typically runs races etc, by oneself. Yeah yeah,, the co-op aspect was advertised as the main jest of the biker update. But even then, even when the club operates at full capacity, the production (wait) of the businesses limits the return on what is a rather large investment. Time spent is clearly not worth the cash return for tedious tasks required to keep a business supplied, or a warehouse filled. Then the value of either fully stocked, is not worth while in time spent for the group, much less the owner/president.

 

The personal assistant doesn't bug out, IDK wht LJT does. It's fkn dumb. Dude shouldn't call unless I "register" as an MC. Add 50% to it all and then, MAYBE then, it's all worth while. I'm still trying to figure out why yachts exist other than to clean out everybody Maze bank account right before CEO update. Shamelessly screwing people into thinking some content is actually important is unethical imo.

idk. I could go on and on. I not tryna say its not the greatest game ever. But somethings are either shortsighted, or blatant rips schemes.

I must admit when i first saw the CEO trailer and heard about the warehouses etc i thought FINALLY! Rockstar have made their shark card millions and realise it's coming to an end....and are ready to let us actually make some in game cash without repetitive grinding and actually ENJOY playing online.... But as OP say's the time it takes to fill a warehouse is ridiculous, with an unsuitable reward.

Then the bikers update i thought another way to make money... Maybe this will allow me to havefun playing.....which it definetly does, if the co op gameplay was like this from launch it would have been awesome but the same sh*tty rewards for the drug dealing and counterfotting is again disappointing.

 

Cmon Rockstar give us an update that will finally let us enjoy the game

I have only heard of the excessive calling from LJT. It is one of the primary concerns that makes me hesitant to even buy a clubhouse. I get enough random interruptions from Lester, Madrozo, Brucie, Mors Mutual, Merryweather, etc. They seriously need to add a setting to block all non-essential phone calls.

You know that awesome feature in gta iv where you can put the phone on rest mode where you don't get any pesky phone calls? Shame that gta v doesn't have it. I would have it on permanently but we can't have it in gta online. Gotta love features from a gta that is 8 years older.

 

 

And ceo crates where you have to buy crates and than go steal them. Sounds reasonable.

I've posted it before and I'll post it again: LJT is the only contact who ever calls to give me useful information I actually want, I don't know what y'all's problem with him is...

The only problem is that the phone lacks a mute function for these contacts.

 

Some players don't like to be nagged at, sometimes he can call when it's not the best of times, plain and simple. I don't see how you can't grasp this concept.
