Connection issues

Hi all, I have been having some problems for some time now (Well over a month)

I am struggling to find sessions in gta v. I Have my game set to load straight to online. However when I first load up gta it will take about 10-15 minutes and eventually it puts me in a session on my own. I then try to find a new session via the pause menu and it will kick me out of online saying that it failed to locate a session.


This is an endless circle and it is hit an miss as to whether I can get into a populated lobby.

I am connected directly to my router and my NAT is OPEN according to my xbox, I have got it in a DMZ.

But no matter what on first boot it always puts me in a session on my own after endless loading screens.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

I just posted about a fairly similar problem on my PC, except my problem is I connect to a fairly active session that will suddenly empty out after about 5-10 minutes and I don't get kicked, like you do, that sucks. I hope you get some helpful feedback on this.

This used to happen to me every single time i played on PC, it just stopped by itself. Hopefully there is a fix. Also in reality it is you who left the server and got timed out, not everyone else leaving or disconnecting.

Yeah, I figured that its me thats actually leaving the session, I just tried all the methods in the sticky thread about it (which I just noticed) and the problem immediately occurred again. I really hope someone figures out a surefire fix to all this, besides the trial and error methods

In same boat since bikers update, online is broken. Last 24 hrs getting semi full session but when anyone else is in my vacinity it lags worse than I seen on ps3. Everyone movings in clips, its a shame.

 

Hope they fix it, even more horrible just now and shut it down.
