Less jets since bikder update

I think it may also to do with the way we seem to be getting put in lobbies populated with other crewmembers and griefing fellow crewmates is generally frowned upon or the lobbies are much quieter unless you're playing as a member of one of the huge generic crews.

 

For the last nearly 2 weeks when spawning as a Hot Rod Garage (1957) crew I am in a lobby either on my own or with up to about 5 other crew mates (& the odd friend of a crewmate) & we all do our own CEO or MC thing leaving each other alone. I tested this by joining LAPD Gumshoes (or whatever) and when I spawned it was to a full lobby which was 90% other LAPD members.

 

At the moment it evidently has not dawned on the griefers (who by their very nature are not too bright) to join a crew specifically to spawn into that crew's "lobby" where everyone will be nice trusting victims & perfect grief fodder as they get outraged by a "fellow" crew member attacking them mercilessly.

I don't know why myself and everyone else I know are fortunate, but by myself or with the others, never get into lobbies with less than 15-20, and those end up full enough where other friends can't even get in.

 

Jets are still roaming but so many are just awful at targeting or bail at the sign of resistance.

No. More. I'm seeing entire 8-member MCs all flying around in Hydras griefing people.... for about 5 minutes before the servers take a sh*t.

Lol I don't know what you're talking about but I have personally used jets a lot more. I never used them for pvp but after this update I'm tired of it and I'm getting my kd back from finance and felony where jets blew me up. People have been mad at me. I need the practice too I suck in jets. Funny part is someone says "you can only kill in a jet" then I get out to find they don't even know how to free aim yet.

It was all jets today. Angry players from modded accounts that just got hit by a money wipe. I loved it. Shot me down all the Jets in dogfights then gorilla beat my chest before landing and sorting my garages

Where are you people finding these lobbies with jets in them? I've played over 2400 hours and countless lobbies and jets are almost the rarest thing to see, this is on PS4 and PC. I see everyone screaming about how jets are in every session every day they're on. I can play every day for a week, several hours a day and run into maybe 3 jets in total.

 

So is it just me and I'm somehow lucky? Or are many of you wildy overexaggerating the amount you see simply because you don't like them?

Your experience in this game entirely depends on your friends list. I have mostly mission grinding rriends and as are thier friends. I rarely see a jet or even a shot fired in lobbies.

I see them all the damn time. Quite annoying atm on the One as if I leave the public session I'll most likely get timed out and not allowed back in.

Hard to get any work done cause as soon as they see a red icon, they whip out that pussy vehicle and go boom boom boom boom. They're worse than C* with the "no fun" thing

I haven't seen as many - could be down to lobbies splitting/low population due to problems on the XB1, mind you.

 

I also assumed perhaps many players who like air-based PvP might have jumped on to Battlefield 1 lately.

Well yeah, that could be a contributing factor. BF1 being out.... I think the new CoD's out too, so most of the K/D obsessed kids pretty left to play that.

 

Wish I could just go one week without seeing a jet in FR though.
