Requests for several mods for GTA EFLC

I could like if some skilled modders response to make these requests for me, especially for GTA TBoGT:

 

1. Mod that adds on in-game map and on the radar an icons for all enterable buildings / places across Liberty City map (like the Open All Interiors ASI mod for GTA V);

2. Mod that reduces the radius of cop search area when I have an wanted level (or DISABLE it completely);

3. Mod making all interiors accessible in free roam making their locked doors openable, like the Liberty Bank, clothing shops, Libertonian Museum and Niko's apartments interiors accessible for Luis Lopez (GTA TBoGT's protalgonist);

4. Mod increases total health / armor of Niko Bellic (GTA IV) and Luis Lopez (GTA TBoGT), also reduce damage done to them by: fire, explosions and falling from buildings' roofs.

 

My only criteria is those mods do NOT REQUIRE ScriptHook in any way and do can be installed via OpenIV replacing in-game files. I know there's a request thread for mods, but more than 95% of people's requested something there doesn't get any response really. I hope I might have more luck here. If someone make those mods, I would be grateful (I've searched for mods similar to those I've listed above on gta4-mods.com and gtainside.com but sadly there is still NOTHING similar being made yet). Thanks in advance.
