I'm pretty sure this has been said already but it should be on every page.

 

This isn't an outfit wipe, it's a cock-up by Rockstar, a bug.

 

If you go trying to replace your outfits you'll be overwriting you outfit data. I'm pretty sure that when they learn to fix things properly the outfits will reappear....

 

... but not if you've tried to 'fix' them yourselves. Just leave them alone, wear what you have on for a bit and it'll come good . . . It had better! I lost (the ability to access) 20 outfits today.

Yep, all mine are gone. I got an invite for PS and thought "Why not?" it was set to Player Clothing..... no HVY armor. :/

Well I know I can get the HVY outfit back in seconds thanks to it being an auto-outfit option you can buy in the store and apply a BP mask to it as well.

But the other stuff involves going through all the categories trying to find what pants/shirts I had.

If you've only replaced one, will that be the only permanently lost outfit, or does it effect the rest? Good thing only two of my outfits were non purchased clothing outfits.

I would understand very well if EVERY glitch, no matter what it is, would be patched by R*.

But they keep breaking the game for legit players.

 

I lost SO much money paying for 'buy ammo for all' in heists and not getting any. That bug seems to be nothing worth patching.

If that would be money I've payed for via shark cards, I would be SO mad ... burning real money.

 

If this outfit problem was the only bug or one of a few, ppl wouldn't even mention it and trust that it will be repaired, but there's SO many annoying bugs that in addition make the game unplayable for many players.

 

No surprise that those feel ripped off, R*.

 

There will be also good updates again, but in these moments ppl are just made changing their favorite game to something else.

Lost all my outfits too. Kind of disappointing since all I really had left in terms of glitched clothing was the cop uniform.

At least you kept your Gore-Tex coat...

I don't even care about the lost saved outfits. Didn't have any glitched ones to worry about and it is kind of fun making a fresh set but, new ones just vanishing again next session is a critical problem. This is clearly a bug since some people seem to have kept their glitched ones while others with no glitched outfits have lost theirs. and, the worse part is not being able to change accessories like rebreather and NV without visiting ammunation :/ I've sent R* a bug report and hope everyone else who is effected is doing the same.

I've only lost my Heavy Heist Armor outfit, and nothing on it was glitched, it was just grey and khaki armor and pants with a regular tabby cat mask.

 

I call it Heavy Uti-Kitty.

Randomly lost all my 10 outfits yesterday, maybe by switching session, I don't know made five of them again last night, they were all there couple of hours ago and now they're all gone again.

 

I didn't swap character, I didn't do anything special, and most of all, there wasn't any glitched outfits in there, all stuff I bought and put on, legit way.

 

Since the Bikers DLC, there are so many bugs, like accessories being unavailable in the interaction menu, racing outfit changing randomly, bike helmet changing randomly, bike and aircraft helmets switching on/off randomly it's total crap.

just when i thought i'll be fine. had a heavy outfit with vip vest and helmet+glasses+mask+headset along with cop outfit and trashman outfit with black and green duffel bags. FML.

In need of some help here...

 

For the people that submitted a ticket to R*, which Issue Type option did you choose? Lost Progress? If so, which "What did you lose?" option did you choose? I'm trying to do the Article of Clothing route (obviously) but there's a sub-field in that which prevents me from getting my ticket created that has no clickable option.

 

Sitting here scratching my head rn.

I sent my ticket on the "other" topic

You can write a text there

They replied to me saying what are the name of the lost outfits and the date of the loss

I lost half of my outfits on my female character. One of them was the glitched mask without the biker helmet. It's okay, I like dress-up games. And I remember what's-what.

Lost ALL on my male character. I also had only one glitched outfit. The worst thing is I can't remember most of them.

And the vast majority of people who lost normal, non glitched outfits, or had all 10 outfits completely wiped, regardless of if they were glitched or not? Na, it's definitely a bug that came with the hotfix to either money glitches, or the "cars from creator" glitch that was fixed around the time this started happening. It'll be fixed eventually, with the next patch or when enough people complain about it on the support.

That's why I said they messed up something, but still it's strange that I only lost my topless outfits

I lost all of mine yesterday, my cop outfit, my dunce outfit, and 5 or 6 random ones that I had. All I have left is my sheriff outfit with the police top, tan pants, and white cowboy hat, which I was wearing at the time. Everything else is gone.

If someone lost all their outfits is it better to get new outfits and save them now or just wait and do nothing until this whole thing blows over?
