Loading Screens Xbox One

Hii

 

I'm having major trouble with the loading screens!

 

I'm having the same problem if i click storymode or online, i cant get on either!

 

I have cleared the cache and i have deleted local saved games, none of those have worked.

 

Next step i was going to uninstall and re install but storymode and online work on my partners profile on the same xbox?

 

 

Any ideas anyone?
