Biker business earnings

Cocaine business was showing around 82k profit from my first small sale. Did a larger sale last night, the one where you have to take four bikes to a location. I did it solo and ran out of time so was only able to make three of four deliveries. I still received around 260k but the business is still showing as only having earned 82k. Does it only register 100% completed sales as profits? If so, that's pretty silly, or did my game glitch?

 

Also has anyone figured how to change the favourite bike yet? Can't seem to find an answer.

All I was told when I asked them was it goes on the time you've ridden the bike and could take a few changes of the session or even restarts of the game to show the new bike.

 

From my tests, it's taken twice as long as it should've for the favourite bike to change.
