I would assume modded accounts fit the criteria. Also the invisible body parts and totally invisible bodies.

 

 

Also I still think they need to work with Sony, Microsoft, and Steam and if they ban someone in game, they should alert Sony/Microsoft/Steam to it because more than likely they are cheating in other games and it should result in a console ban on PS3/PS4 and Xbox 360/Xbox One and a total account ban on Steam.

I'm guessing this is more of a PC problem than anything. Are there mod menus out for 1.36?

 

I also noticed Rockstar stated they would wipe everything but money- at least that's how I interpret it. I guess cash could technically fall under "inventory," but that would effect Shark Card users. If this is the case, I guess getting suspended forfeits your IRL purchase of virtual money?

Man, that's pretty insane.
