Second hand info. Not verified. But there's no new Halloween vehicles (maybe the ghost rider bike?) so unlocking the old ones seems obvious. If they're not now available, maybe Friday?

I'd speculate the Halloween stuff will drop Thursday. Could be Friday though.

That's why I ask, on my 2 accounts (with glitched money) I didn't get any information and they just took the money.

 

But on my main (modded one) I have that information everytime I log into online but I still have all my money in the bank and only money in "hand" disappeared.

^ That's not really something they can counter, it's just lots of heist earnings. They obviously can't/don't log whether the host quit under the bridge or not.

Nobody's posted that they've checked SC and seen a change so most likely, when you log in.
