@Rexx: Matrelith is spot on - glitched outfits are allowed but don't make all 3 outfits glitched. I'd say to go all-out crazy on your personal outfit but keep the two others quite "legit". It's 2016, I feel that people who put the time to write a bio about their character should be able to glitch their own outfits. If it's doable for most, it should be allowed.

Like, do I need two different photos of the exact same personal outfit? Or can I post two pics, each with a different personal outfit?

 

Sorry if I am making it more complicated than it needs to be. Just not sure if each theme is supposed to have two photos of the same outfit.

That's right; two pictures per theme WHICH does also mean two pictures per outfit as each theme you can only pick one outfit. So if I take my earlier example, it would go like this:

-1 outfit from Theme 1 (two pics)
-1 outfit from Theme 2 (two pics)
-1 outfit from your own wardrobe (two pics)

That's 3 outfits with 6 pictures (and you can go up to 10 pics maximum, if you wish), two pics each. The themes are multiple choice meaning you can pick whichever theme you want - you must only pick ONE "outfit" per theme. That also includes your personal outfit, not outfits (plural).

Should I seriously reword the first post? I didn't think it was that confusing but if it is I should revise the explanation.

REXX - SECOND STAGE SUBMISSION

Theme 01: Working Outside

Rexx became a lumberjack. Breaking out a sweat gathering firewood for days ahead.

Theme 02: Looking Over an Empire

Rexx's company Biotech Corporation has made its fair share of money with bionic and advanced medical supplies. In fact, it's the main supplier for medical equipment for hospitals in San Andreas. It has come a long way.

Theme 03: Personal Outfit

"The Subject". An outfit that allows Rexx to withstand damage and impacts, as well as looking futuristic.

Here's a little bonus narration by Rexx himself:

THE PERSPECTIVE

What is it like to be human? I've been asking myself that question for a very long time, yet I still have no answer [...] Let me introduce myself. My name is Project B-62R, a cybernetic organism test subject from Humane Labs and Research. Scientists had created a B-62R chemical substance, otherwise known as Biorexx; a potent substance capable of augmenting human abilities. Although I may not be completely human, scientists concluded that using an actual human being for testing was a risk. Therefore, testing the chemical substance on a cybernetic organism containing 25% or more of a human cell structure would provide almost identical results. However, the chemical sometimes produced several side effects that were classed as "high risk".

The Biorexx chemical took five years to develop and cost fifteen billion dollars. Currently, only 760ml of Biorexx exists. The chemical was funded by the IAA, Don Percival, Humane Labs and the Government. To this day, the chemical substance has only been tested on one subject, me. It is still unclear as to who truly owns the rights of the Biorexx, however the Government planned on using it as a weapon.

After two years of testing the chemical substance, I had begun to develop immunity to the Biorexx chemical's side effects, while still maintaining the primary effects of the chemical. A transfer and partial sale of the Biorexx to another testing facility located off shore had been scheduled. They believed the safest way to transport the chemical was by using me, however they overlooked the dangers that could occur by injecting all 760ml. All they were interested in was money.

I was injected with the full 760ml of Biorexx. At first, everything felt normal. However within a matter of minutes, I started feeling dizzy and all of my previous memories that were supposedly wiped had come back. I then realized the truth how I ended up at Humane Labs as a test subject. I was part of an elite special operations unit. We had raided the Merryweather Naval Base however they were ready and ambushed us. A team of five narrowed down to one, me. I was caught in a gas explosion. From there, everything went dark [...] I now knew who really was and that I had to escape from Humane Labs. Using the Biorexx's augmentation abilities, I was able to break out from Human Labs as they were transferring me to the truck. This was when I first discovered how powerful the Biorexx truly was. I was able to move incredibly fast, I got shot multiple times and didn't feel a thing. Biorexx ultimately made anything possible if you could think it. I grabbed the closest weapon to me which happened to be a concept weapon known as a Railgun developed by Coil. Unaware of this weapons' power, I fired and the projectile traversed through the entire armored truck I was previously being transferred too. I had managed to escape.

To this day, I live in the shadows. Word spread through San Andreas quickly and I soon became a weapon. A fifteen billion dollar weapon that many people were after. I never wanted any of this. I just wanted to be human again, the person I used to be. Not some cyborg that is now considered as a weapon. I was no longer a test subject, and I was no longer part of a project. I was free. The first step when becoming human is to have a name, I decided to base my name on what got me there in the first place, Biorexx. I now had to blend in with life, which proved to be a challenge. I had a little girl come up to me selling cookies and as stupid as it may sound, she was in fact the first friend I had. I purchased a box of cookies from her. Seeing her smile, taught me that human emotions are important. Every week for two months she was at that very same spot, selling cookies. And every week of those two months I purchased a box of cookies from her. Her parents told her to keep away from me, yet she kept coming back. The last week of the second month, she didn't turn up. I knew something was wrong. I heard a scream in the distance. I turned and saw her being kidnapped by professionals. I reacted instantly and the Biorexx kicked in. In a matter of seconds I jumped across the street and without thinking pulled out my Railgun and took out the professionals. I picked up the little girl and took her home.

As I arrived at her home, her parents walked outside infuriated, cursing me for taking their daughter. Little did I know, she had been missing for 5 days and the parents believed it was me. The little girl explained to her parents that it wasn't me and that I had saved her from the professionals. Her parents did not believe her however part of my bionic body includes my eyes which I can use to record video footage. I had been recording the whole time. I showed her parents the footage of what really happened. They were shocked and apologized for their accusation. The little girls father was a wealthy businessman and offered me my very own company as a thanks for saving their daughter. I am now the CEO of Biotech Corporation, a company specializing in importing and exporting bionic and advanced medical supplies all across the globe.

All of that aside, every night I still sit back and look out of my window while eating one of the little girls' cookies:

The truth is, I'll never be fully human and sometimes I still have to live within the shadows... But I accept that.

Life continues, whether you're human or not [...] and that's good enough for me.

There's a lot of confusion on this whole multiple choice thing. I honestly didn't think it would be this complicated (yet the idea is quite basic). Here's something I said in a PM about someone wondering if accessories play a part of an outfit:

"Outfits are TOP and BOTTOM wear, excluding accessories. It would be fine to add/remove accessories for one outfit, though it does not count if you were to use it/pass it off as a second outfit. As long as the TOP and BOTTOM stay the same, that's one outfit."

So feel free to take pics with accessories on or off though do not pass off an outfit twice simply by removing a hat. Just a quick heads up. There's a whole week for this to sink in and for you guys to take pics so don't stress! If anyone has any questions or concerns, please feel free to PM me or post here. I am feeling really ill at the moment and can't watch my computer screen anymore so I'll respond to anything probably tomorrow night.

​-Whoa, hey - I'm pretty sure ID checking isn't really required for a VIP, well at least as far as I'm aware of.

​-Thomas Whitehall, it should be in the list as a VIP, yes?

​-Err, no. Your name isn't even in the list, now please, ID or go home.

​-Haha, no. This must be a misunderstanding, I paid 200k for a VIP membership that would make people like you allow me to enter this club with no other inconveniences and it said so in the contract I ​signed, now would you please-

​-Yes, and denying the access for people without a valid ID is also in the contract AND RULES. So you better get going or else.

​-Look, just please look in the list, I swear to god I'm losing my f*cking patience right now.

I was looking at the first round results spreadsheet and it confused me at first I was like why did one person get 50 points spread out across each cell of their roe but another person only received 3 points total and they were only in one cell and the others were blank but then I re-read the voting procedures in the first round thread i understand now.

 

So what y'all did was each judge gave their version of the top 20 and points were counted accordingly so 1st place gave full 20 points from that judge, 5th gave 15points and so on until you got to 20th with only 1 point. Each column is a judge and if you received points then they voted you into some spot of the top 20 but if the cell was blank you were voted as non top 20 and didnt receive any points resulting in an automatic zero from that judge.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Wrapping this post up I'd like to say dear judge 2, the only judge who thought I deserved a spot in the top20 at 9th place thank you . I'll do your character's makeup. I eat ass too

LL Cool L has 58 points rather than 48, making him the number one contender at the moment. I would fix it but Mion has that spreadsheet locked so we'll have to wait until he pops around again to fix it.

 

Basically judges give a top twenty with 1st place being twenty points and last place one point. If it's blank that means that you didn't get a point from that judge. Sadly, some aren't even on the spreadsheet as they got no point at all. I honestly wish we could give everyone a point rather than a "thanks for participating" cause it sucks to not get anything which is why we wanted to give out as many Special Awards as possible. Overall I'm pretty happy how well the first Mister LS has been going. I will say this round is a bit slow but I've got hopes that entries will start rolling in soon. I just can't wait to see the final round!
