Snesgamer83
So far, we've had Niko (Serbian) and Luis (Spanish). If the next GTA protagonist is bilingual, which language would you like to see portrayed? For me, I've got a definite bias towards German, as that's the language besides English I'm most proficient in. Would love to finally hear for myself how accurate Rockstar is with the foreign languages in their games.
Femme Fatale
What about multilingual? He(or she) could speak English, Spanish, French, Italian, German, etc... ProKiller93, GTK0HLK, killdrivetheftvehicle and 4 others
ClaudeSpeed1911
Asian/Arabic/Middle Eastern/African. There is Huang Lee which would be cool to see again. Can't believe that a 2d character without a voice is much better than the trio we got in GTA5. Eugene H. Krabs, RogerWho and Lancerator

Algonquin Assassin
Either Australian....I didn't realise Australian was its own language. Think you mean accent mate, but I've never liked how Australian accents sound in video games. Forza Horizon 3 is a good example. Everyone sounds way too British IMO. Mister Pink
Scottish Gaelic. Because f*ck Irish. Scíth a ligean, mo chara. I can't really for the life of me think what language I would want to hear first before the actual setting and knowing the story and where the character is going to come from, lol. I want to see a good character and story first, I wont car what language they speak. If anything I'll probably gain an interest after. Oh, I don't want Brazilian haha. No offence, I don't like their accent or hearing them speak Portuguese. Lovely people and culture, just dislike the accent. universetwisters 1 RUBBΣR░J♢HNNY (スオッ)

Michael
I think French could be interesting but I don't really care about it. As long the protagonist doesn't sound like he or she is choking on a fish everything is fine.

Official General
If it's gonna be set in Vice City (and I hope to God it is), then I'd say Spanish for obvious reasons - Miami is well-known for it's huge Hispanic population and cultural influence, and it would make sense that the protagonist would be of Hispanic ethnicity, possibly of Cuban origin. Many Hispanic-Americans speak both English and Spanish fluently, so this would be the best and most realistic option. ClaudeSpeed1911
Mr_Human_Guy
If they set the next game in Vice City they could make one of the protagonists either a Cuban or Haitian immigrant that can speak both their native tongues and English Fluently. Yeah, they should make a Cuban protagonist who does work for Umberto Robina and other people in Little Havana. I always love driving around Little Havana and the Robina missions were some of the best missions in GTA VC.
