Problems at moding

So i added more sniper rifle but his scope is a picture which i can see any thing at the end of the picture its just a small picture that doesnt go all around the screen. Someone have suggestion how to fix it?

Also i have added a f35 to the game and i reapet i added which means there i have 2 fighter jets, and i cant pull up the landing gear and rotate its engine, someone know how to fix it too?
