How rare is this mask?

I was playing GTA Online, and I began to wonder, just how rare is this mask which I had placed on my head? For reference, it is the "Please Stop Me" mask from the Last Team Standing update

I haven't seen very many of them, and I have been told from multiple sources that it is one of the rarest

Maybe it is since it was an old update however it's pretty ugly. The can hats are rarer and a bit prettier.

 

Edit: Anything from Ron's airdrops must be pretty rare now that I think about it.

It was released on 2014 and you could get it during the "Last Team Standing" event weekend. It was released again during Christmas of 2014 because not a lot of people go it the 1st time around. I'd say it's pretty rare.

Basically everything that was only obtainable during certain events or only purchasable for a short while back in 2014 is super rare now. The Roosevelt was the rarest car in the game till they re-released for everyone again.

I often have people asking where I got my radio t-shirts from.

Same, i got all that was available during 2014. I really miss the special crates and unlocks you get if you play a game mode. The thrill is gone now, since all you have to do is log on to online to get a "special" item.

I know, it's too easy, "Log on to get the exclusive "Western" hoodie", back in the day, we were fighting tooth and nail over special drops

It's not too rare for anyone over lvl 250-300. Most people that are that rank or higher were likely playing back then and are dedicated enough to log in and do what's required for the item.

 

Nowadays it is probably pretty rare compared to other items though. It still falls short of being as rare as the stream giveaway shirts.

Haha, agreed. I miss panicking because i'm not sure if i'll get to my chopper in time or hoping not to get blown up by a Lazer while i'm waiting for the crate to drop, good times.

Ah yea...i wish they would just release all limited content they ever gave us and deliver them trough random special crate drops.

 

I mean, those times man.....the whole lobby going crazy when one dropped, crews and friends breaking up and fighting each other... i even lost some sh*tty friends because of them(they could not deal with me getting 2 crates that came after each other),....god...it was just so much fun

 

Not to mention the tears of all those elitists on this forum would be delicious...honestly...i would not even care if the elite t-shirt was among those limited things...i mean....the game is getting old anyhow...who the hell cares anymore ?

Play long enough and you'll have "rare" stuff - rare, in this case, is stuff people don't use. A ton of people got the "Please Stop Me" mask. Don't know any of my friends who don't have it. It's a good mask and glad R* pay homage to their past titles.

They were from special crate drops. Every few days we had a few new ones dropping. From my recollection, there were two randomly dropping during a two-day span or so, then the next two would drop the next few days....can be wrong though, but were definitely from crate drops.
