If you can provide footage of it being completed in one hour, from start to finish, with no camera cuts/editing, and no cheating, I'll believe, But until then, it's a unicorn.

While we haven't done Pac Standard for a while and my crew now has different members (one hasn't upgraded to current gen, one new one to take their place who isn't anywhere near as good), we are planning to run some heists again soon. When Pacific Standard comes alone I'll gladly set it to stream to twitch and save to archives. While they may not start off at under an hour it'll certainly be close. If we can get our new fourth man up to standard I'm confident we will piss it in under an hour.

 

However, would you watch it? "That video is almost an hour long, I'm not watching that!" springs to mind.

 

Changing of outfit, vehicle etc doesn't add any additional time since we never change outfit and always use the same vehicle with the exception of Signal where I change to Insurgent which takes only a few seconds. You may feel that a change of outfit, that nobody cares about, and change of vehicle, which is likely slower than using the Akuma is required, that's where you fall down.

 

There are more people out there than just me who claim to complete P.S. from start to finish in under an hour. Video has been provided of it being done in under an hour. Just because you cannot do it in under an hour doesn't mean it cannot be done.

With load times and server issues, this is where my biggest doubt comes from. I'm sure if you could cut out all the loading, the cut-scenes, the disconnects, the mission lobby, etc and where just to count time with boots on the ground actually doing the mission, it would be an hour or less. But 1 hour time every time I call BS.

And honestly I don't care if a couple groups can achieve that. My thing is when I'm trying to figure out dollar per hour numbers and creating guides and comparisons, I can't use the extreme ends of the spectrum. I have to figure the numbers for the average. And the average is not doing Pac Stand in 1 hour.

They both have some really great uses, CEO allows for more easily obtainable military vehicles whilst Bikers allows for more peoples and fast spawning personal bikes.

 

But if you got a lot of money and the will to destroy your enemies, just go with CEO and some associates. You have access to more vehicles and you can spawn some Bullshark near your members, which will allow you to mow down any biker wannabe with ease whilst feeling like a terminator.
