Differences on Android and iOS

What are all the differences between the PS2, Xbox and PC version with the iOS and Android version?

 

These are a few examples:

• Better graphics
• Water color
• Different radar and HUD
• A lot of songs have been removed, probably for copyright reasons. In the mission Spilling the Beans, Michael Jackson's song "Billie Jean" is remplaced by "Obsession".
• The characters have separated fingers.
• The properties prices are reduced by 50%
• In the mission Shakedown is just necesary to destroy 10 windows. The police don't go after you.
• Like the 3.0 version, the haitians and some cubans references have been censored.
• The spanish texts have been improved. Some dialogues have a better translate and a few missions names have changed. Does that happen in another languages?
• The "Checkpoint Charlie" mission have 30 seconds more of time to complete it. The same thing happens with "Messing with the Man". In the case of Checkpoint Charlie, it has 6 levels with differents maximum time each. I only know the maximum time of the first level, no the others. Does someone know?

the ammunation in downtown has non transparant windows, howlin pete's biker shop has non transparant windows, a "checkpoint" system which let's you retry missions after failing them, tommy runs slower, water is not transparant, all bikes and bf injection have bad handling,
