I cant log into gta5 online for ps3

As the title says i cant log on and it says on my screen "An error has occurred. You have been signed out of PSN. (8002A10D)" so what does that mean and why does random weird things spawn on my character like snowmen and spaceships around me?

You broke the internet.

 

As said above, massive DDoS attacks on a network known as Dyn which hosts a various amount of things.
