Last year we were getting 20k bags and now I see people dropping these 4k bags.

 

I don't take money drops but things have regressed.

There are multiple money bag options with a menu, on PS3 it goes from $2K to $40K.

I'd like to to back to LG just to play in modded lobbies for old time sake. I still remember like it was yesterday when a hydra crashed into my closest, heh.

If you don't take them then how do you know the monetary value of said bags?

I play on PC. We have a chat screen and I read about players complaing how slow it was to hit a million when they were hitting 10's of millions with ease.

 

Only bags i see is from the crack safe contract mission.

Some hacker spawned me to them and randomly dropped so much money bags of 40k on me, I didnt ask for it but ended up getting 21.86 million and now im banned

I can't understand why I have been catching some grief for not participating in the gracious offerings of modders...money and teleportation powers...

 

Have you ever tried to do the Vans setup with bags of money falling from the sky?

 

Like Nixon, I have earned everything I got...

From a personal standpoint...I don't see the need to tarnish my longstanding game play for some shortcuts now.

 

I simply enjoy the game...the process of acquiring is so much fun. Cheating the game is cheating myself of that joy

It will be an interesting ongoing contest between "mod" menus and R*. As we all know, usually, the "mod" menus win--though this last quiet gap lasted about 10 months; the longest I personally remember R* ever being able to pull off...

 

As I understand it, DLL injection is a vast arena Labyrinth, so it's not going to end anytime soon. As it goes, some of the best hackers out there are undoubtedly on the side of the "mod" menus.

 

Back in my Amiga days, I knew a guy who proudly told me he made long-distance phone calls for free (turns out his dad worked for the phone company, and he gave his son a little bit too much info on how they worked...). Not much new under the sun. lol

It ended last year after execs and crim.

 

It is slowly coming back.

 

I have ran into 2 modders in the past year.

 

3 this month but no crazy explosions loke the past.

Unfortunately I never got to be in a modded lobby, I heard it was hilarious. The closest experience I had to a modded lobby was when a modder gave me 15 million and we were doing all sorts of sh*t (flying all over the map, going into restricted areas which were meant for heists, etc). Good times.

Could get into those areas without mods anyways.. and not that great to be in a modded lobby when they're spawning sh*t all over that makes you eventually crash or carrying sh*t from one lobby to another. Forcing your character to do sh*t or sticking themself to you or objects. It was a sh*t show and I'm sure still is. Feel bad for anyone stuck on LG.

 

That sh*t was never cool and whoever thinks it is, is a f*cking idiot and deserves to be stuck there.
